Project Description

Location: Calgary, AB

The redevelopment work for the Calgary Transit NE LRT Platform Extensions and Upgrades involved modifications and significant upgrades to accommodate 4-car trains. The first phase of this project involved a single station: Whitehorn.

Phase II encompassed the rehabilitation of six transit stations: Rundle, Marlborough, Franklin, Barlow/Max Bell, Zoo and Bridge/Memorial. The Rundle Station Pedestrian Overpass was developed as part of the second phase of the Calgary Transit NE Line LRT platform extension project.
