The Strathcona County Community Centre (SCCS) anchors a public component of the newly redeveloped civic precinct of Sherwood Park. We were the Prime Consultant for the $96M multiple use civic centre and all of its components. As a destination complex for administrative, municipal services and community events, SCCS provides a vibrant, inspiring hub for a variety of community-accessible activities throughout the interior and exterior venues, including:

• Strathcona County Library
• Art Gallery @501
• Public Agora (enclosed multi-use space)
• “ARTRIUM” public display space operated by Art Gallery @501
• Council Chambers and County Executive Administration
• Family and Community Services
• Conference/Meeting Rooms Centre
• Commercial Spaces (Restaurant and Shops)
